Chiller Alarm Cable

The Chiller requires a 3 pin cable inlet, even though only 2 are going to be used.

Using the routing, and punch out instructions found in Inlet Panel Index (GX12-3) thread your connector from the outside going in and tighten the nut down, then route your wires inside the Masso Touch screen.

Sourcing the wires from the inside, you'll only need the Red and Black wire. The Yellow wire is not used, so you can tuck it away or wrap it up within itself.

You'll need to plug the red wire into a power port, and the black wire into any input, here we have it in input 11.

Note that input 9 is a high speed port and the DTHC can only use that port.

From here power on your Masso Unit, and go to the F1 Screen, and double tap the input you plugged it into and select spindle coolant flow alarm.

If the Spindle Coolant Flow Alarm goes high (stops flowing) while the spindle is under the control of Masso, the alarm will halt the machine and shut the spindle down, and you will need to home your machine to clear the warning
